Thinking about working circumstances in Japan

You asked me, “who do you think is responsible for your work situation, yourself or the government? do you feel yourself in a position to change what you think is wrong with your workplace?“ These are complexed questions, though I would think it more deeper. The first responsible for this situation is, government. I think, the law and its using is under government control. The second is our hidden poverty. In the short (something rough) words, to pay certain money to certain workers, that means healthy economy. To pay expensive money to keep everything in “zero risk”mode, means rotting economy. It needs many approvals, many notifications, checks and controls. The controllers are the third sectors, like I was employed. If they worked certainly, things goes more clear, but like former Soviet Union in the last century, bureaucracy and inefficient are growing. People those who clever, but not wise think “everything sold has to be cheaper than its price” and ask ( order ) to cut the cost. The worker afraid to lost their work and allow “cutting down the cost”. That means their poverty, losing certain reward.

The “a lie auto imposed to make ignoring easier “ , you are right. It was hard situation to describe in my English skill. I should use direct words.
