- Good morning! Today is second day of training. Anything in front of us, we receive the impression as "it is just it". #
- Today's my study was about "what is KAIGO". The nursing and care started same service at first. The needs was changing and service was too. #
- "Kaigo ( care )" was aid for independence. The most important term in care is "respect". #
- The details; care-system started at first in Japan, social circumstances and political term couldn't copy USA model, "nursing home". #
- What is aid for independence? It includes not only aid for person who needs direct-care, but also for family. #
- The aid includes 2 term. First is "social support". Second is "Family and carer support". #
- The priority no.1 is "client". The right of self-determination of client. #
- There are many kind of specialist in team. How to get along with them and go well? Think about priority. #
- The many specialists mean "unavoidable" conflict. #
- What I want to learn more is "the difference of (certified) care worker and social worker". #
- After three years working, I will be able to try the test of certification. #

- 利用者の人権、自己決定権を最も重要としよう。専門職脳集団が集まったチームケアの場合、おのおのの立場の違いから衝突は回避不可能として、最重要を忘れるなかれ。 #
- 実務3年で挑戦可能な国家資格、【介護福祉士】と、【社会福祉士】の違いを学びたい。 #
